- Contact SuperiorPPE
- Provide invoice information
- Expected delivery date
- Tracking number, if provided
- How your order was placed: online, email, by phone (include who you spoke with)
- Verification of payment received by SuperiorPPE
- Provide information on how you would like to receive your refund (electronic or check)
- Tracking Your Purchase
- Using your tracking number, SuperiorPPE will research why your order was not received.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for tracking verification.
- Customer Decision: New Delivery Date or Full Refund
- Once location of the product has been confirmed you will have two choices:
- If the product has a delivery date within 5 business days, you will receive a new delivery date
- If the product has a delivery date outside of the 5 business days, SuperiorPPE will expedite a rush refund to be processed within 24 hours.
