Rhonda Talford Knight, PhD. had an early start in the business world working in the financial industry. She learned a lot about navigating business and relationships. Coupled with over 20 years of experience in understanding global diversity, Rhonda leads a successful small business that addresses the people needs to drive a safe, healthy, and equitable workplace for the colleagues, clients, and communities they serve. She understands the value of knowing when and how to pivot, which has positioned her to find success as an entrepreneur. With her success in business, Rhonda is called on to provide business and executive coaching whether for the startup founder or the experienced businessperson.
